Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds brussel sprouts ends trimmed and yellow leaves removed

  • 3 tbsp olive petroleum

  • 1 tsp coarse Kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400.

  • Place trimmed Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large Ziploc bag. Seal and shake to coat.
