MELTED ICE CREAM CAKE
made with melted ice cream. Say what? Yes, melted ice cream! You are replacing the liquid ingredients in the cake with ice cream. It results in a slightly more dense and ultra flavorful cake! Nope, it ‘s not an frost cream cake that has melted. And nope, this cake is not a patty that is meant to look like an ice skim cone that has melted. This is a cakemelted ice cream. Say what ? Yes, mellow internal-combustion engine cream ! You are replacing the liquid ingredients in the coat with ice cream. It results in a slenderly more dense and extremist flavorful cake !
ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS
The cake in this melted ice cream coat only requires 3 ingredients ! Cake mix, melted frost cream and 3 eggs. That is it. And the combinations are dateless ! See my notes below for other combinations that I love. This time we made it with Birthday Cake ice skim. I let my Alex choose what he wanted. And I have to laugh because this is a coat that is supposed to have ice cream flavors and he chose an frosting cream season that tastes like a cake. hour angle !

white cake shuffle
melted frosting cream ( any flavor you love )
eggs
Icing:
confectioner ‘s sugar
milk
sprinkles
Note: Pint size premium ice creams like Ben & Jerry ‘s or Haagen Dazs come in perfectly measured containers for this. One ( 16 oz ) container of those premium methamphetamine creams works big !
HOW TO MAKE MELTED ICE CREAM CAKE:
You need to measure the ice cream after it has melted, not while it ‘s hush fixed .
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Spray bundt pan with nonstick cook spray. You know I love my Baker ‘s Joy spray !
Combine cake desegregate with eggs and melted frosting cream. Stir until combined well. Pour buffet into lubricated bundt pan.
